When will my order arrive?

It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent.
We provide a selection of delivery agents in several major cities. Usually, delivery takes 1 to 3 days from the time the order is placed and confirmed.

Is international delivery available?

Currently, the contracted shipping companies only deliver within the country and to a set of cities listed on the delivery page, where you can see all the cities covered by the shipping agents.

However, you can request international delivery by contacting the store team via WhatsApp. They will provide you with product weight details and pricing from international shipping agents (who are not yet registered on the store).

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

You must refer to and read the Return Policy to know the conditions for returns and exchanges.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and a return is agreed upon:

• The customer bears the shipping costs (return and reshipping).

• The product price itself will not be charged to the customer, in accordance with the return policy.

I want to order in bulk, is there a discount?

Yes. The store offers a bulk order service. Discounts of 10–20% are available on some products.
